Production steps:
Step 1: for the fresh garlic just on the market, choose the one with complete appearance, no damage and long braid, so that the garlic peeled out is clean
Step 2: peel off the coat first

Step 8: put the peeled garlic into the pickled jar
Step 9: pour in the sugar and vinegar
Step 10: cover and marinate. You can eat it in about 20 days, but it will be a little spicy. If you marinate for a long time, it won't be spicy.
Step 11: this one has been pickled for 2 months. That's what the finished product looks like. It's not spicy at all. It's very delicious.
