Mango Sago
Introduction:
"Simi Lu is the best drink in summer. Add some coconut milk and refrigerate it in the refrigerator. It's cold when you take it out. The coconut milk is fragrant and the fruit is sweet. It's refreshing to eat."
Production steps:
Step 1: I use large grains of sago
Step 2: bring to a boil with water, then add the sago. Be sure to boil it before you put it, or the sago will rot in cold water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Don't open the cover. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes
Step 3: after the first stew, the sago is transparent on the outside, but the inside is still white hard core.
Step 4: cover again and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then simmer for 15 minutes
Step 5: simmer again and the sago will be completely transparent. After cooling the boiled water
Step 6: filter the water. Simmy is crystal clear.
Step 7: put the sago into the bottom of the bowl
Step 8: pour in a can of coconut milk and refrigerate for about half an hour
Step 9: take out the chilled sago coconut milk, peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Then you can enjoy it
Materials required:
Mango: 200g
Sago: 50g
Coconut milk: right amount
Note: I cook sago by soaking. Because if simmer is always cooked with fire, it is very difficult to cook it thoroughly. It takes about 40 minutes to cook it thoroughly. The taste method can save energy and fire. Parents can try.
Production difficulty: simple
Process: boiling
Production time: one hour
Taste: Fruity
