Production steps:
Step 1: make onion and ginger water: cut onion into sections, slice ginger, soak in water for more than 30 minutes;

Step 8: add fine salt;
Step 9: add a little sugar;
Step 10: add monosodium glutamate, stir fry evenly, low fire for 15 minutes;
Step 11: pour in sesame oil and remove from the pan;
Step 12: add water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add rape and blanch for 2 minutes. When the mushrooms are slightly cool, they can be put on the plate together.

Note: 1. It's better to use fresh mushroom to make this dish taste better; 2. The fungus needs to be blanched in advance to avoid toxin; 3. The process of small fire can't be omitted to ensure strong taste.
