Ham cake
Introduction:
"Guanglang powder is a special product of Longzhou, Guangxi. It is collected from guanglang tree in the mountains and forests of Southwest Guangxi. It is rich in amino acids, carbohydrates, B vitamins, protein, dietary fiber, various minerals and trace elements. However, eating directly always feels too sweet and greasy, and adding too much water affects the taste, so I tried to use it for pancakes. I didn't expect that it tasted surprisingly good, sweet, soft and waxy. It's a bit like March 3 sweet rattan pancakes. "
