Step 1: peel and pulp the pumpkin, wash it, drain the water and cut it into large pieces. Put it on the plate, steam it in the drawer, cool it and peel it.

Step 8: put bread bran into a clean and waterless plate, and coat both sides of pumpkin with bread bran.
