Cold skin without washing
Introduction:
"It saves the process of washing and precipitation, greatly shortens the time of making cold skin, which is as convenient as spreading an egg cake. Is it very fast to start eating less than 20 minutes from the beginning?"
Production steps:
Step 1: mix wheat starch with the same volume of water < br > evenly
Step 2: a mixture of wheat starch and water with a volume ratio of 1:1
Step 3: Boil the water in the steamer, pour the starch juice evenly on a flat plate, cover and steam for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 4: steam the milky juice to become transparent and slightly bulging
Step 5: cool the pan in cold water
Step 6: carefully remove the formed cold skin
Step 7: mash garlic with sesame sauce, cut cucumber, carrot, parsley and chili oil, then add some sugar and cold skin
Materials required:
Wheat starch: 100g
Carrot: 1 / 2 root
Cucumber: 1 / 2 root
Coriander: moderate
Sesame paste: 2 tablespoons
White vinegar: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Chili oil: right amount
Note: 1. The most important thing is the ratio of water and starch. Through practice, the basic volume ratio is powder: water = 1:12. The plate I use to steam the cold skin is eight inch cake. The bottom of the mold is big enough and thin enough to not stick. It's the same with the flat plate. 3. When uncovering the cold skin, I first use a knife to make a circle around it, and then slowly make a big effort I took it off. I made six pieces of 4 pieces of preserved cold skin, and applied a layer of vegetable oil to avoid the adhesion of the two pieces of cold skin
