Chicken with coconut
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the coconut open with a knife.
Step 2: take out the coconut meat; wash the Sanhuang chicken and set aside.
Step 3: chop the chicken, marinate the chicken with a little cornmeal, soy sauce and salt for 20 minutes.
Step 4: put water in the pot, put coconut and ginger in the pot and bring to a boil at the same time.
Step 5: put in chicken and coconut meat and cook until it boils again.
Step 6: turn off the heat immediately, keep simmering for 5 minutes without opening the lid.
Step 7: use soy sauce, sesame oil and scallion to make a saucer, and eat with chicken!

Note: the coconut soaked chicken we eat outside is more authentic than mine, that is, the coconut water is poured in and boiled together, but we have drunk the water in advance, so we can only do this. It's very simple to make this dish, only one thing to note is that when it boils again, the fire must be turned off immediately, otherwise the chicken is not delicious and the soup is not good to drink.
