Steamed spareribs with chopped pepper
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the ribs.
Step 2: blanch thoroughly in boiling water and drain the water.
Step 3: marinate the cooked ribs with oyster sauce, cooking wine and chopped pepper for more than 10 minutes.
Step 4: put it on the plate.
Step 5: steam in the steamer over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes.
Step 6: sprinkle some shredded vegetables after the pot.
