Production steps:
Step 1: knead all the ingredients (except oil) into a smooth dough, add lard and continue kneading until it can stretch out a film that is easy to break.
Step 2: knead the dough and ferment it at room temperature.
Step 3: it will be about 2.5 times larger in about an hour.
Step 4: exhaust the dough, divide it into 6 equal parts, knead it round and put it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Step 5: knead the dough round again until the surface is smooth without obvious wrinkles, put it into the baking pan for fermentation, and finally grow to about 2 times, about 35 minutes.
Step 6: brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough, and then sprinkle with white sesame.
Step 7: put into the preheated oven and bake until the surface is dark yellow.

Note: 1) you can change lard into butter. 2) It feels a little bit darker. Try to reduce the baking time by 2-3 minutes.
