Production steps:
Step 1: mix the glutinous rice flour with moderate amount of warm water to form a soft and hard dough.
Step 2: then divide into three parts, two of which are added with cocoa powder and Matcha powder.
Step 3: mix them into cocoa dough and Matcha dough respectively.
Step 4: divide the lard and sesame stuffing into several preparations.
Step 5: mix the three colors of dough together.
Step 6: rub long strips and divide them into several dosage forms of similar size.
Step 7: then pack the stuffing and knead it into small balls.
Step 8: after boiling water, put in the dumplings. After boiling water again, add cold water. After two times, the dumplings will surface.
