Corn dumplings with coconut juice & cod steak

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: add 1 teaspoon salad oil and sweet scented osmanthus into black sesame powder and mix well to make Tangyuan filling.
Step 3: mix the glutinous rice flour and corn flour, and mix with water to make dumpling noodles.
Step 4: take a ball of dumpling noodles and wrap it in the stuffing to make corn dumplings.
Step 5: wrap all the dumplings in this way. (while making dumplings, add oil to the frying pan and start frying eggs and cod steak)
Step 6: Boil the water in the pot and cook the dumplings.
Step 7: take a bowl and pour in coconut powder; mix well with boiling water and set aside.
Step 8: put cooked dumplings into coconut juice.
Materials required:
Glutinous rice flour: 90g
Corn flour: 30g
Coconut powder: 1 bag
Egg: 1
Cod steak: 1
Black sesame powder: 15g
Sweet osmanthus: 2 tsp
Salad oil: 1 teaspoon
Note: 1. The ratio of glutinous rice flour and corn flour is 3:1,. Corn flour should not be too much, otherwise it is difficult to form. 2. Coconut milk powder itself is sweet, like sweets can also be appropriate to add sugar.
