Fish flavored tofu

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into pieces.
Step 2: stir ginger.
Step 3: slice leek white and leek green separately.
Step 4: stir the garlic.
Step 5: start the pan, pour in the right amount of oil, add tofu and fry until both sides are golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 6: leave the bottom oil in the pot, add pickled pepper, ginger, garlic, leek and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: pour in the fried tofu, stir in salt, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar, add 3 tbsp water, and cook until it tastes good.
Step 8: when the juice is dry, pour in the starch and stir fry.
Step 9: stir fry until the juice is transparent, add chicken essence, stir fry leek green for 3 seconds, turn off the heat and put on the plate.

Soy sauce: right amount
Note: Although I have marked the amount of sugar, vinegar and chicken essence, it's best to make it with personal taste. Tofu is not the same as onion, but in order to ensure the flavor, use leek, the effect is good. Generally, fish flavored tofu requires deep frying, but considering the weather and health factors, I used the frying method. It tastes more comfortable in this season.
