Milk flavored bean paste toast
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put the powder and liquid except butter into the bread barrel.
Step 2: start a dough mixing program (my toaster takes 20 minutes)
Step 3: add butter, start a mixing procedure again, and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 4: take out the dough and put it in a small bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap.
Step 5: turn on the fermentation gear of the oven and put the small bowl with dough into fermentation. (I usually set the time as 40 minutes)
Step 6: ferment to twice the size of the dough, as shown.
Step 7: take out the dough, exhaust, divide it into three parts and round it, as shown in the figure.
Step 8: cover with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 9: take a dough and roll it up and down from the middle to form a tongue, then squeeze a proper amount of bean paste stuffing.
Step 10: spread the bean paste filling as far as possible.
Step 11: roll up the dough, pinch it tightly, and then follow the procedure to make the remaining two dough.
Step 12: put the three dough into the rectangular toast box.
Step 13: ferment again in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 14: brush the surface of the second round to the eighth full, as shown in the figure.
Step 15: cover the toaster, put it in the oven, 180 degrees, lower layer, 35 minutes.
Step 16: take out the toast and cool it.
Step 17: let cool and slice. If you can't finish it at one time, you can pack it and seal it for the next time.

Milk: 170g
Bean paste filling: appropriate amount
Light cream: 80g
Yeast: 4 g
Whole egg: a little
Sugar: 30g
Butter: 30g
Note: 1. Due to different brands of flour water absorption, therefore, can not completely copy the amount of liquid in the formula, please adjust according to the actual situation of the dough, generally reserve 10 grams of liquid. 2. My bread maker is Changdi kfc-25d, and the fermentation time is generally set at 40 minutes. If the fermentation is not in place, the time can be appropriately extended. This should be set according to the specific conditions of the respective ovens, and cannot be copied. 3. It is recommended to cool the toast before slicing.
