Production steps:
Step 1: add yeast water and flour to form a dough, cover it with preservative film, put it in a warm place, and let it stand for about 1 hour. When the dough expands to twice the size, and the inside is full of bubbles and honeycomb tissue, the dough is finished.
Step 2: at this time, the dough can be vented, and then covered with preservative film, until the dough expands again, then start making. This steamed pasta is better
Step 3: put brown sugar and flour in a bowl.
Step 4: mix well.
Step 5: sift and reserve.
Step 6: divide the dough into equal parts and press into small cakes.
Step 7: after rolling with a rolling pin.
Step 8: put in the stuffing.
Step 9: shape the dough into a triangle with both hands.
Step 10: cover the sugar triangle with fresh-keeping film, pour water into the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, add gas to the sugar triangle, and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes.
