Introduction:
"Bird's nest, as the name suggests, is the nest of swallows. However, it is not the nest of ordinary swallows, but the nest of a special swallow, the Golden Swallow. Swiftlet belongs to the class ornitha, swiftlet family. They are migratory birds that fly from Siberia and other places to the natural caves along the tropical coast to breed from December to march of the next year. The swifts are smaller than the common swallows. Their back feathers are grayish brown with golden luster. Their wings are pointed and long, and their four toes grow forward. The throat of this swallow has a very developed mucous gland. The saliva secreted by this swallow can solidify in the air, which is the main material for nest building. Swiftlets lay eggs in March and April every year. Before spawning, they fly on the sea and at high altitude every day, sometimes as high as several kilometers, break through clouds and fog, suck rain and dew, and feed on insects. After digestion, they drilled into steep, shady, high-altitude cliff cracks and deep caves and spit to build nests. It will take about 20 days to build. The bird's nest is a half moon shaped, shaped like a human ear, 6-7 cm in diameter, with a thick base and a thin wall, weighing about 5-15 grams. The outside of the nest is neat, and the inside is rough, like a Luffa network. The bird's nest is white, crystal clear, elastic and attached to the rock cliff. It has always been known as "rare famous medicine" and "oriental treasure"
Production steps:
Step 1: main ingredient: Bird's nest and papaya seasoning: 10 pieces of rock sugar
Step 2: soak the bird's nest in pure water for 4-5 hours, then remove the impurities
Step 3: put the rock sugar into a container, add half a bowl of pure water, put the soaked bird's nest on the rock sugar, steam it in the steamer for 30 minutes, take out the bird's nest after steaming, and leave the ice sugar water
Step 4: cut the papaya into large pieces, add a small amount of purified water into the juice machine, and beat it into papaya paddle
Step 5: filter papaya pulp for standby, pour rock sugar water into papaya pulp, and boil papaya pulp in a pot over low heat
Step 6: put the bird's nest into the container when cooking thick

Rock sugar: 10 yuan
Note: 1, bird's nest must be soaked well, remove impurities (this product Mingxi bird's nest is basically free of impurities, very clean); 2, papaya pulp had better be filtered, remove the pulp tendons, so that the finished product looks better; 3, when cooking papaya pulp, be sure to slow cook, keep stirring in the cooking process, avoid paste pot.
