Production steps:
Step 1: wash pumpkin, peel and cut into pieces, steam in water and mash into mud while hot

Step 5: stir the cooked black sesame powder with brown sugar to make the stuffing (lard is more delicious, cooking can achieve the effect of quicksand, but I originally intended to make the original pumpkin dumplings, so this stuffing is because I suddenly thought of adding it, I prefer the dumplings without anything)
Step 6: take a piece of dough, knead it round and press it flat, then wrap it in the prepared filling

Step 10: freeze all of them. When you need to eat, put them in a boiling water pan and cook them over low heat until they float. Then cook for another minute or so

Note: if you like to eat dumplings with stuffing, it's better to add sesame and brown sugar into the dumplings, and then add lard to mix them evenly to form a ball; as for the stuffing, you can use peanut powder, brown sugar and lard if you want to make any package; I like this kind of dumplings without stuffing, and I think it's more delicious.
