Production steps:
Step 1: weigh the flour, add baking powder and baking soda, and sift twice
Step 2: add lard, sugar powder (if caking, sift in powder), walnut residue, and mix well to form a ball
Step 3: weigh and divide into similar weight dough (I took half and added some green onions, because my daughter doesn't like green onions). At this time, the oven can be preheated (180 degrees)
Step 4: lay oil paper on the baking pan, round the dough, press flat (the thickness should be the same, the thin point is more crisp) and put it in the baking pan
Step 5: 180 degrees in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes (depending on the individual oven)
Step 6: observe whether the bottom is colored
Step 7: after coloring the bottom, move it into the upper layer and bake for 3 minutes. After coloring, turn off the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes at the remaining temperature (reference, depending on individual oven conditions)
