Production steps:
Step 1: wash the garlic bolt and cut it into 3cm long pieces
Step 2: after removing the internal organs and bones of squid, tear off the outer skin and wash it
Step 3: cut the squid into 5 cm long and 0.5 cm wide filaments
Step 4: heat the frying pan and pour in the oil. When the oil is slightly hot, add chopped pepper and stir up the fragrance
Step 5: pour in the squid and cooking wine, stir fry a few times until the meat turns white and slightly bent
