Sauteed Prawn with Pineapple
Introduction:
"Is it a snack or a dish? Is it hot or cold? Is it Chinese or western? Whatever, good food is the last word! "
Production steps:
Step 1: add a little salt, cooking wine, starch and flour to the shrimps, stir well; add an egg white, stir well; finally, add a large spoon of corn oil, stir well, marinate for 5-10 minutes;
Step 2: remove the hard core of half a pineapple (1 / 4 for the big one) and cut it into pieces about the size of shrimp;
Step 3: drain the fruit and set aside.
Step 4: start the oil pan, pour in the right amount of oil, when the oil is 60% hot (put the chopsticks in, with small bubbles around), turn the medium low heat, and put the salted shrimps one by one into the pan to fry. Move fast, otherwise the shrimp will not mature evenly;
Step 5: deep fry until golden, take out and put on kitchen paper to absorb excess grease;
Step 6: put the shrimps into the salad bowl, add the pineapple pieces, and squeeze a proper amount of salad dressing when it is warm;
Step 7: add the fruit grains and mix well.

Precautions: 1. Fried food is not healthy, so it's OK to make it by yourself and eat it once or twice occasionally; 2. Secret of fried food: don't turn off the fire before the ingredients come out of the pot, otherwise the ingredients will eat a lot of fat, and the taste will be greasy and the heat will increase greatly. 3. Put less salad dressing to avoid the taste of pineapple and shrimp, and the salad dressing is not low in calories. Alas! In a word, "delicious food is not healthy, healthy food is not delicious" -- share with you!
