Production steps:

Step 2: sift in egg yolk and stir well;

Step 4: knead the dough by hand, then the dough is slightly scattered; arrange the dough into a cuboid 5cm wide and 4cm high, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour; (sorry, I forgot to take pictures in this step) cut the frozen rectangular dough into pieces about 0.8cm thick with a knife;
Step 5: put oil paper on the baking tray and arrange the cut cakes. Pay attention to the distance between blocks. After the oven is preheated, 170 degrees, middle layer, 20 minutes until the surface is slightly golden.

Butter: 75g
Sugar powder: 60g
Egg yolk: 1
Milk powder: 10g
Sugar orange peel: 30g
Precautions: 1. Depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of powdered sugar; 2. When baking, you must pay attention not to walk away, just watch the surface turn a little golden; 3. Don't rush to take it out after baking, use the afterglow of the oven to simmer for 10 minutes to make it crisper.
