Ciba
Introduction:
"I've been thinking about it all the time, but I didn't dare to do it. In case we are not interested in food, we can't take it. I didn't expect to eat food, but I suddenly became interested. Production steps:
Step 1: wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water overnight
Step 2: eating glutinous rice
Step 3: pour out the water
Step 4: put it in a bowl and add a little water

Step 6: get out of the pot
Step 7: pour it on the fresh-keeping bag and knead it into a ball while hot

Step 9: stir out sticky, no rice

Step 12: pour sugar and soybean flour together and mix well
Step 13: squeeze or pull the Ciba into small balls

Materials required:
Glutinous rice: 250g
Cooked soybean noodles: right amount
White granulated sugar: right amount
Brown sugar juice: right amount
Note: don't add too much water to steamed glutinous rice, otherwise it's too soft and rotten to be formed. Knead the dough and stir it while it's hot. You can use a toaster if you don't have a blender. You can use your hands if you don't have any machines.
