Taro sago jelly
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: all ingredients: taro paste, sago, milk, strawberry jam, QQ sugar, white jelly
Step 2: 1 tbsp white jelly, add water and stir well
Step 3: add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Stir in the sago (cooked in advance) and add 1 teaspoon strawberry jam. Stir with the mixed white jelly
Step 4: stir the sago evenly and pour it into the container. Cool it at room temperature and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. It's better not to cool it completely and have a small amount of liquid
Step 5: add a small amount of water to QQ sugar and melt it into syrup
Step 6: add taro and milk into blender to make a paste, add QQ syrup and mix well.
Step 7: take out the cooled sago jelly, pour in the taro paste, shake out the air and put it in the refrigerator (refrigerate for more than 5 hours)
Step 8: use a knife to draw a circle around the edge of the container and put it on the plate.
Step 9: this cream free ice cream has the flavor and smoothness of ice cream
