Chang Ping, female, Tu nationality, born in Huzhu County, Qinghai Province in October 1962, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a bachelor's degree. He is now the deputy head of Huzhu County in Haidong area of Qinghai Province.

Resume he joined the work in March 1982 and successively worked in Huzhu County Urban Construction Bureau, Donggou Township, county women's Federation, County Civil Affairs Bureau and county Discipline Inspection Commission. He once served as deputy head of Township, chairman of county women's Federation, director of civil affairs and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission. He served as deputy head of Huzhu County People's Government in January 2002 and member of Standing Committee of Huzhu County CPC in September 2009. At present, he is a member of the Standing Committee of Huzhu County CPC Committee and deputy head of Huzhu County People's government.
