Liangshan Economic Development Zone
Liangshan economic development zone is one of 58 provincial development zones approved by Shandong provincial government. Originally named Jining (Liangshan) Economic Development Zone, it was renamed Liangshan Economic Development Zone by the provincial government in February 2002. Located in the west of shuipo Liangshan, adjacent to Liangshan County, Liangshan station of Beijing Kowloon Railway is located in the area, with a planning area of 12 square kilometers and a built-up area of 6 square kilometers.

Liangshan Economic Development Zone adheres to high starting point planning, high standard construction, improving infrastructure, and basically realizing "six links and one leveling". By the end of 2002, 50 enterprises with an investment of more than 1 million yuan have been built in the area, with a total investment of 450 million yuan, including 11 key projects with an investment of more than 10 million yuan; 26 projects have been completed and put into operation, 24 projects under construction, and 6 projects under negotiation, basically forming the pattern of pharmaceutical production, petrochemical industry, electronic ceramics, agricultural and sideline products processing, machinery manufacturing, construction and installation, polyester and other industries Cotton textile as the pillar of the industrial system, more than 200 products sell well at home and abroad. In 2002, the total income of technology, industry and trade in the zone was 520 million yuan, and the tax revenue was 16.22 million yuan. Liangshan economic development zone is a provincial development zone approved by the people's Government of Shandong Province in 1998, with a jurisdiction area of 12 square kilometers and a control area of 30 square kilometers. Located in the west of shuipoliangshan County, Beijing Kowloon railway runs through the north and South (with Liangshan station), Gongming Avenue runs through the East and West, and 3 kilometers to the East. It is a world-famous shuipoliangshan scenic spot. Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal and national highway 220 have formed a three-dimensional transportation network with fast and convenient entry and exit, with obvious location advantages.

Fresh water resources: abundant rainfall, East Canal, west of the Yellow River, the Yellow River water can be directly diverted, 800 million cubic meters of underground fresh water.
Mineral resources: Liangshan coal mine, with a coal reserve of about 500 million tons and an investment of 800 million yuan, was put into operation in 2010. It is also rich in natural gas, iron lead, gypsum and other minerals, which is of great mining value.

Human resources: Liangshan has abundant labor resources. In 2009, the total number of human resources was 75000, including 24000 professional and technical personnel, and nearly 160000 surplus labor force, mainly engaged in electronic component processing, mechanical processing, textile and clothing, wood processing, book printing and distribution, etc. There are more than 20 vocational training institutions in the county, which can train professional talents for landing enterprises.
Agricultural and sideline products: it is a national insect resistant cotton base, with an annual planting area of 160000 mu. The industrial system of forest, fruit, melon, vegetable, grain, cotton, oil and fishery has been formed.
