Duanji town is located in Gushi County, Xinyang City, at the junction of Henan Province and Anhui Province. Shanghai Shaanxi (Shanghai Xi'an) Expressway, Ningxi (Nanjing Xi'an) railway, 339 Provincial Road (chenlinzi Shihe dongshuanghe), 204 Provincial Road (Sanhejian Gushi damahe) and Zhaosu highway (Zhaogang suxianshi) run from east to West. Famous people

Qin Shusheng (1861-1926) was born in a farming family in Ledao village, South Township, Gushi County, Henan Province. He was a Jinshi of two middle schools.
