Historical evolution
The origin of place names
Luanxian was called luanzhou in ancient times. According to the records of Geography in the history of Liao Dynasty: "bengugong, Luocheng. Surrounded by Luanhe River.... " Haiyang county was set up in Han Dynasty, and luanzhou was set up by Emperor Taizu of Liao Dynasty. In 1913, luanzhou was changed to Luanxian County, which was named after Luanhe River.
History of construction
Luanxian has a long history. Human beings lived here in the primitive society 200000 years ago.
In the Tang Dynasty, it was the land of Youzhou in Jizhou.
In the Shang Dynasty, it was the land of Guzhu.
Zhou Dynasty, near Shanrong.
Spring and autumn and Warring States period, belong to Yan.
In the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to "youbeiping county" and "Liaoxi capital".
In the Han Dynasty, it first belonged to the state of Yan, then to Haiyang and other four counties, and in the Eastern Han Dynasty it belonged to Youzhou.
The Three Kingdoms belong to the state of Wei, Liaoxi County, and the state of Yan in the Western Jin Dynasty
In the Sui Dynasty, Xinchang County and Lulong County were successively assigned.
In the Tang Dynasty, it was successively assigned to Shicheng County, Linyu county and Macheng county.
In the Liao Dynasty, Yelv abaoji, the leader of the Khitan nationality, unified the interior and established the Khitan state, which was a mixture of the Khitan aristocracy and the Han landlord class.
After Liang Zhenming two years (916), Yelv abaoji called emperor, Jianyuan Shence state name Qidan. Later Khitan went south to fight for Pingzhou (now Lulong) with Houliang, Li Cunxu, king of Jin (emperor of Tang Dynasty) and Liu Shouguang, emperor of Yan, many times; in the spring of the second year of tianzan (923), abaoji ordered yaokuji, marshal of crown prince, to conquer Pingzhou, where abaoji set up an army and a Jiedushi. In that year, the Yongan army of luanzhou was set up in Pingzhou, which was the beginning of the establishment of luanzhou.
In the first year of Datong (947), Qidan changed its name to Liao. During the reign of emperor Shizong of the Liao Dynasty, the people of Yifeng county (now Anguo) in the later Jin Dynasty were exiled and settled in luanzhou. At this time, luanzhou had jurisdiction over Yifeng, Macheng (today's Macheng in LUANNAN) and Shicheng (today's Kaiping in the east mining area); in the second year of Baoda (1122), the Jin army occupied Nanjing (today's Beijing) of Liao Dynasty. In June 1123, the third year of Baoda (1123), Zhang Jue, the king's Nanjing (Pingzhou), left behind, rebelled against Jin and joined Song Dynasty. Song Yuan Tang system (I do not know luanzhou) changed the county of luanzhou, Macheng to Ancheng, Shicheng to Linguan. In November, Jin sent soldiers to attack Pingzhou, Zhang Jue fled, and Zhang dunguo defended Pingzhou. Jin accused the Northern Song Dynasty of recruiting traitors and sent people to the Song Dynasty to ask for traitors, so the Northern Song Dynasty killed Zhang Jue and reconciled with Jin. In June of 1124, Jin broke Pingzhou, killed Zhang dungu, and Pingzhou returned to Jin. During the period of the song and Jin Dynasties, Zhao Liangsi (originally named Ma Zhi) was sent twice by the Northern Song Dynasty. Later, Tong Guan, the envoy of the Song Dynasty, returned from the Liao Dynasty to the Song Dynasty and changed his name to Li Liangsi. In 1125, the Northern Song Dynasty joined Jin to destroy Liao, and luanzhou belonged to Zhongdu road.
In 1126, the Jin Dynasty destroyed the Northern Song Dynasty and unified northern China. Jin divided the jurisdiction into Lu, Fu, Zhou and Xian. Luanzhou belonged to Zhongdu road. Later, due to its precarious geographical location, luanzhou was changed into a festival envoy, with jurisdiction over four counties of Yifeng, Shicheng, Macheng and leting, and two towns of Zhenzi town and Xinqiao (now leting coastal area); in the second year of Chongqing (1213), luanzhou entered Mongolia.
In 1215, Taizu of the Yuan Dynasty changed Pingzhou into Xingping Prefecture and governed luanzhou. At the same time, Jin Jiangjiang Xianbei Zhongji (now from beijiadian) was appointed as the governor of luanzhou; in 1265, Mongolia withdrew Yifeng County into luanzhou, and then set Yifeng in the next year, cutting Shicheng into leting, and then Shicheng into Yifeng. In 1267, Macheng county was withdrawn. At this time, luanzhou led Yifeng and leting counties; in the fourth year of Dade (1300), Luan road was changed to Yongping Road in Yuan Dynasty. Luanzhou belongs to Yongping Road, Zhongshu province.
In 1368, the Ming Dynasty was founded, and the whole country was divided into provinces, prefectures, and counties. Luanzhou was under the jurisdiction of Yongping Prefecture, the capital province.
In the Ming Dynasty, in the autumn and September of the first year of Hongwu (1368), Cui Wenyao took part in the provincial administration of the Yuan Dynasty. He descended to the Ming Dynasty in Luzhou County of Yongping, followed by luanzhou. In the second year of Hongwu (1369), he withdrew Yifeng to luanzhou. In the third year of Chongzhen (1630), the Qing army captured Yongping mansion, and the General Li Jichun descended to the Qing Dynasty. In May, the Qing army retreated and the Ming Dynasty killed Li Jichun. In 1644, Wu Sangui, the commander-in-chief of Liaodong in the Ming Dynasty, descended to the Qing Dynasty and led Qing soldiers into the pass. Emperor Chongzhen hanged himself and the Ming Dynasty died.
Qing Dynasty, Kangxi two years (1663), the Qing army destroyed Nanming. After the unification of China, the Ming system was still adopted, and the whole country was divided into provinces, prefectures, and counties. The capital province was renamed Zhili Province. Luanzhou is under the jurisdiction of Yongping Prefecture of Zhili Province. As the hometown of Qing Dynasty was in the northeast, luanzhou had lost the significance of border town, and was regarded as a county, no longer under the jurisdiction of county.
In 1912, the Republic of China was founded. In the early Qing Dynasty, luanzhou still belonged to Yongping Prefecture of Zhili Province; in the second year of the Republic of China (1913), the Prefecture was abolished and changed to county; in the third year of the Republic of China (1914), Luanxi county was established as a supervision area, and Luanxi County belonged to Jinhai Road (in Tianjin) and Bohai Road before; in the thirty seventh year of the Republic of China (1948), the county was liberated on November 29; in the thirty eighth year of the Republic of China (1949), Luanxi county was merged on March 26 Enter Luan county.
In June 1954, LUANNAN COUNTY was merged into Luanxian county.
On November 21, 1958, Luan county was designated as luanzhou district,
Luanxian county was rebuilt on June 23, 1959.
In 1983, Luan county was subordinate to Tangshan city.
In September 2018, with the approval of the State Council, it was agreed to abolish Luanxian county and establish luanzhou city at the county level, with the former administrative region of Luanxian County as the administrative region of luanzhou city. Luanzhou city is directly under the central government of Hebei Province and managed by Tangshan city.
administrative division
Division evolution
In November 1935, the Japanese aggressors instigated the traitor Yin rugeng to establish the "puppet Jidong anti Communist autonomous government", which governed 22 counties in Jidong. From then on, Luan county became the puppet rule. After the beginning of the Anti Japanese War, fengluanxian United County, the first Anti Japanese democratic regime in Eastern Hebei, was born at the junction of Fengrun County, Luanxian county and Qian'an county. Its center is in panjiayu area of Fengrun County, and it is subordinate to the 13th Office of inspector general of Shanxi Chahar Hebei border District Administrative Committee (hereinafter referred to as Jidong special office). Its jurisdiction includes hazelnut town and yangliuzhuang area.
In 1942, luanlu United county was built and moved. Its jurisdiction extends to Yangdianzi area of Qian'an County in the north, Bohai Sea in the south, Luanhe River in the East and Tangshan in the west, with a total of more than 1000 villages. It is still under the jurisdiction of Jidong special office.
In July 1943, the 13th special office was abolished, and the Hebei rebian administrative office was established, with five special offices under its jurisdiction. The fourth special office was set up in luanlu county and fengluan county. Luanlu county is equivalent to Luan county except Zhenzi town and yangliuzhuang area. At that time, nine hundred households and oil pressing areas were under the jurisdiction of Lulong, so they were named luanlu.
In January 1945, the jirebian administrative office was transformed into the jirebian administrative office. The fourth special administrative office was changed into the seventeen special administrative office according to the unified sequence of administrative offices, and luanlu county was then transformed into the seventeen special administrative office. On December 9, the Party committee of jireliao district was rebuilt into the Party committee of Jidong district,
In April 1946, the yire Liao administrative office was rebuilt into the Yidong administrative office. On May 18, the eastern Hebei administrative office issued an order to adjust the administrative divisions, requiring the restoration of the old county governance before the war in principle. Therefore, in the original Luan county, fengluan United county should be removed, and LUANNAN South Office should be established, and the office should be stationed in Yicheng; Luan Lu United county should be removed, and Luan North office should be established, and the office should be stationed in Zhanggezhuang; Luan Feng United county should be removed, and Luan West office should be established, and the office should be stationed in Zhenzi town. In July, each county was upgraded to a county government. LUANNAN and Luanxi were established separately, and luanbei was renamed Luanxian. After the surrender of the Japanese aggressors, the Kuomintang troops attacked Lunan on a large scale,
In January 1947, the 169th Committee of Hebei provincial government decided to build luanning County in sijizhuang, southern Luanxian County, and Suyang County in xugezhuang, Fengrun County, to include Qianying, Daodi, huituo, etc., which originally belonged to Luanxian county. The so-called luanning county and Wuyang county have become empty shelves in name only because of the resolute opposition of the people in the liberated areas. Luanxian from liaojianzhou to the end of the Anti Japanese War, there was no great change in the administrative region.
In 2014, the Department of civil affairs of Hebei Province approved to cancel luanzhou town and Xiangyao Town, and set up Luancheng road street and Xiangyao street.
