Historical evolution
Yinzhou District is also known as Tieling. According to archaeological excavation, ancient tools such as stone knives, stone axes and pottery pieces were found in Longshou mountain and Chaihe River Basin. It can be seen that human beings lived in Yinzhou area in the Neolithic age.
In the Western Zhou Dynasty, it was a place of prudence. During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, it was the residence of Donghu people. Later, it was under the jurisdiction of Liaodong County of Yan state.
Qin divided the world into 36 counties, and this place still belongs to Liaodong county.
The Han Dynasty belonged to xuantu county.
During the Three Kingdoms, the two Jin Dynasties and the northern and Southern Dynasties, it was still xuanpeng county.
Sui Dynasty belongs to Yuexi country.
In the first year of Emperor Gaozong of Tang Dynasty (668 AD), it belonged to Yanjin Prefecture. In the first year of Kaiyuan of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty (713 AD), the great family of Bohai in Tang Dynasty took Yue as the state of Bohai. According to the general history of Northeast China, Fuzhou is now Tieling (Yinzhou).
It was founded by Khitan in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China in Liao Dynasty, the military state system was carried out in Northeast China. In the first year of Emperor Taizong's Tianxian reign (926 AD), Fuzhou was famous for smelting silver. It was changed into Yinzhou and set up a rich national army in Yinzhou, with jurisdiction over Yanjin, Xinxing and Yongfeng counties. This is the beginning of this place being called Yinzhou.
In 1125, jintaizong changed Yinzhou into Xinxing County, belonging to Xianping Prefecture.
It was still a new County in Yuan Dynasty.
In the 21st year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1388), the commander of Tieling Weidu was set up in Fengji County, and Liu Xian, the commander of the imperial edict, went to Yinzhou to set up the station. Hongwu 26 years (1393) because of the migration of Liaodong Tieling Wei in ancient Yinzhou, it was renamed Tieling. This is the beginning of Tieling.
In 1664, Tieling county was set up to abolish the Wei system, which belongs to fengtianfu.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), the provincial and county government was implemented. Tieling belonged to Liaoshen Road, Fengtian province. In the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931), the Japanese imperialists launched the September 18th Incident, and Tieling fell on September 19th. In 1937, the county government was abolished. Tieling City belongs to Fengtian province, which is the beginning of Tieling City.
In 1945, the Eighth Route Army led by the Communist Party of China recovered Tieling, established a democratic government, and abolished Tieling as a county.
On March 24, 1946, the Kuomintang occupied Tieling City and set up Yinzhou town in the county, which belongs to Tieling county.
On October 28, 1948, the Northeast Field Army liberated Tieling again, belonging to northern Liaoning Province.
In May 1949, Tieling was put under the jurisdiction of western Liaoning Province, and the system of Yinzhou town was abolished. In 1954, it belonged to Liaoning Province. In 1955, Yinzhou town was restored and still belonged to Tieling county.
On August 30, 1979, Yinzhou town was abolished and Tieling City, a county-level city, was established.
On June 30, 1984, Tieling district was abolished and Tieling City was set up under the provincial jurisdiction. On August 30 of the same year, the former Tieling City was renamed Yinzhou District.
