History of construction
Fenyi was the place of Wu and Chu in ancient times, and later belonged to Yichun County of Yuanzhou Prefecture. In the first year of Yongxi of Song Dynasty (August, 984), ten townships of Yichun, including Shenlong, Zhaoxian, fengle, HuaQuan, scholars, Zhangshan, Tingxiu, Wenbiao, Jingru, and Puritan, were established, and Fenyi county still belongs to Yuanzhou.
