Raw materials for making sand boat riding jade:
Main ingredients: 2 camel palms and 12 rape hearts.
Ingredients: 1 clean hen, 1.5kg lean and fat pork, 250g cooked ham, 100g water hair yulanpian.
Ingredients for making sand boat riding green
40 g cooking wine, 3 G refined salt, 25 g soy sauce, 10 g pepper, 150 g green onion, 50 g ginger, 80 g chicken oil, 10 g wet starch and 500 g clear soup.
Steps of making sand boat riding jade:
1. Use a knife to put a cross knife on the root of rape heart, and then rinse it with clean water. Wash and cut into 2-inch-wide, 8-minute-thick slices. Wash the onion and ginger. Cut 100g scallion into shreds and 50g scallion into sections. Break the ginger.
2. Wash the soil with clean water, put it into a water pot, boil it for about 3 hours, take it out, tear off the skin and hair, and wash it in warm water. In another pot, pour in water, add chicken pork ham, onion, ginger and 20g cooking wine, put in camel's paw, boil over high heat, skim the foam, move to low heat, stew until the bone can be removed, remove the bone from the back of camel's paw, cool slightly and cut into large pieces for use.
3. In the frying pan, add 50g chicken oil, heat it to 50% heat, stir fry the shredded green onion, then stir fry the camel's paw slices until golden yellow, add a little alcohol, salt, soy sauce and pepper, stir over medium heat for about 2 minutes, pour into the large plate, and then heat up to remove the green onion. Add 100g clear soup, a little salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, and steam them in the drawer.
4. Sit in the frying pan, add 25 grams of chicken oil, heat it to 50% heat, stir fry the rape heart, add 200 grams of clear soup and a little refined salt, cook for about 5 minutes, remove it, control the root of the soup inward, and form a circle in the disc. Take out the camel's paw, decant the soup and buckle it on the rape.
5. Pour 200g clear soup into the pot, add the remaining cooking wine and refined salt, bring to a boil over high heat, thicken the sauce with wet starch, pour chicken oil on the camel's paw, and serve.
