Boil the milk until it boils and use it to brew black tea immediately. If your teapot is equipped with an alcohol lamp, it can be heated with an alcohol lamp after brewing to keep the tea boiling. The effect is better.
3. The longer the brewing time, the better. The brewing time should not exceed 3 minutes. If the brewing time is too long, it will produce more astringency. So, after brewing for 3 minutes, be sure to filter out the tea residue decisively.
4. A little salt can stimulate the taste of milk tea and produce a better taste. But you should pay attention not to add too much salt, very little can be. Otherwise it will be salty milk tea.
5. Black tea particles are very small, you need to use a special tea filter to filter. If not, you can only choose black tea bags. After brewing for 2-3 minutes, shake the tea bags, then directly take them out and throw them away. It's very convenient.
