Raw materials for making Jianpi wine:
9 grams of costum, 6 grams of cloves and sandalwood, 60 grams of madder, 15 grams of Amomum, 30 grams of Monascus, and proper amount of Baijiu and honey.
The processing steps of Jianpi wine are as follows
Grind the medicine into fine powder, add appropriate amount of honey and mix it into pills (each pill weighs about 9g). Soak each pill in 500g wine.
