Method of leek fish balls
Raw materials for making chives and fish balls
250g chives, 200g fish balls, 4 scallions, 3 tbsp salad oil, half tbsp refined salt, 1 tbsp Shaojiu, a little pepper and 1 red pepper.
The processing steps are as follows:
