The building is located along Guilin road in the East, Chongqing Road in the south, Yunnan Road in the West and Chengdu Road in the north, with a construction area of 1134 square meters. It is a two-story western style building with brick and wood structure, clear water wall and arc balcony in the middle of the second floor. The top is a multi slope tile item with skylight on it, forming a courtyard by itself.

In Chongqing Road, Jin bangping's former residence is a small foreign-style building which is more eye-catching and easy to distinguish, and the signs on the wall of the courtyard clearly show the glorious past of the owner of the foreign-style building. In 1938, when he was the principal of Yaohua school, Jin bangping, who was nearly 60 years old, refused Japanese who wanted to harass the school again and again.
