Suihua, a prefecture level city in Heilongjiang Province, is located in the Hulan River Basin of Songnen Plain in the middle of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Lindu Yichun in the East, Harbin in the south, Daqing in the west, Heihe in the north and Qiqihar in the northwest. Suihua, the first year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1862), developed and established a town, named beituanlinzi, which was subordinate to Hulan hall. In 2001, according to the unified deployment of Heilongjiang Province, towns were merged. On March 14, Suihua City merged towns and reorganized them into 70 towns, 90 townships and 6 sub district offices.
