[collection] harvest the fruits when they are ripe from April to June, remove the wings and dry them in the sun.

[chemical constituents] the fruit contains 82 grams of water, 3.8 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, 8.5 grams of carbohydrates, 1.3 grams of crude fiber, 3.5 grams of ash, 280 mg of calcium, 100 mg of phosphorus, 22 mg of iron, 0.05 mg of thiamine, 0.1 mg of riboflavin and 1.4 mg of nicotinic acid per 100 grams. The seed oil content was 18.1%.
