Lilium Lancang
(commonly used Chinese herbal medicine in Tibet)
[synonym] dasimeido, Chaqu (Tibetan name).
[source] it is the bulb of Liliaceae.
[plant morphology] Lilium Lancang, also known as Lilium Eryuan.
Perennial herbs, 50-150 cm high. Bulb with many scales, globose. Stem simple, rough. Leaves sessile, oblong elliptic, apex acuminate, base cuneate, rough on midrib on both sides. Flower 1, terminal, perianth 6, involute, oblong or linear, apex acuminate, light red, with a few spots. Capsule.
It grows in sunny land with weeds on hillside. Distributed in Tibet, Yunnan and other places.
The above varieties and the bulbs of zhuoba Lily are used as lilies in Tibet.
[collection] from August to September, the soil was cleaned, the scales were peeled, scalded with boiling water and dried in the sun.
Cold in nature and sweet in taste.
