Perennial twining herbs. The underground rhizome is cylindrical, fleshy and sticky. Stem slender, less branched. Single leaf opposite, long petiole, leaf blade long ovate, apex pointed, base heart-shaped, with two ears, 5-10 cm long, 2-5 cm wide, green, glabrous; leaf axils with bulbils (zero surplus seeds). The flowers are unisexual, dioecious; 3-5 spikes, axillary; the flowers are white, the male spikes are erect, the female spikes are drooping; the male perianth is 6 pieces, the stamen is 6 pieces, there are ovary traces; the female perianth is 6 pieces, the ovary is 3 rooms, the lower position, there are false stamens.
