[herbal medicine] the skin of Poria cocos is long strip, different in size, dark brown or tan outside, verrucous process inside, white or gray brown inside. The body is soft, loose and elastic.
[flavor] sweet and light, flat.
Sichuan Traditional Chinese medicine annals: "it is mild in nature, sweet in taste and non-toxic. "
[function indications] diuretic, detumescence. Water swelling and skin swelling.
