Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a small amount of dried fish.
Step 2: peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash the starch with water.
Step 3: soak the dried fish in warm water for half an hour, then wash it with clean water and drain it.
Step 4: add oil and heat in the pan, and pour in the dried fish.
Step 5: deep fry until the dried fish is golden. Add the chopped scallion and pepper and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: pour in the potatoes and stir fry with soy sauce.
Step 7: add water and simmer for 15 minutes.
