Stewed leg of lamb
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the food. Peel the onion, cut off the dill stalk and tie it into bundles.
Step 2: wash the leg and soak it in water for 30 minutes

Note: mutton must be washed and soaked enough with water. Stew mutton with water must be put enough, do not add water when boiling. Stew can also add 1-2 leaves. If you like sour and spicy food, you can add some lemon juice and pepper when eating.
