Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials. (lotus seed, tremella, pre bubble hair)
Step 2: wash tremella, cut off the Yellow pedicle on the back and tear it into small pieces
Step 3: soak Roselle in water
Step 4: pour lotus seeds and Tremella into the pot and simmer for one hour
Step 5: add roselle and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 6: add rock sugar and simmer for 10 minutes until saccharified
Materials required:
Tremella: right amount
Lotus seed: right amount
Roselle: moderate
Rock sugar: right amount
Note: add enough water at one time, and avoid adding water midway. If you don't use an electric pressure cooker, first boil the water over high heat, then turn it to low heat and simmer slowly. Stir it from time to time, otherwise Tremella may stick to the pot.
