Kunbu chicken and squid casserole
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak dried squid with proper amount of alkali.
Step 2: remove the membrane from the dried squid and apply a cross knife.
Step 3: cut the squid head and whiskers into segments.
Step 4: chop the stupid chicken and wash it.
Step 5: soak the cloth in warm water.
Step 6: cut the soaked Laminaria into sections.
Step 7: put the stupid chicken into the casserole, add appropriate amount of water to boil.
Step 8: skim the foam.
Step 9: add scallion and ginger.
Step 10: cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Step 11: add the Khumbu section.
Step 12: add dried squid, cover and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Step 13: add fish balls and a little salt.
Step 14: cover and simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Materials required:
Dried squid: one
Fish balls: 100g
Kunbu: 100g
Stupid chicken: half
Scallion: 15g
Ginger: 5g
Salt: right amount
Water: moderate
Note: alkali soaked squid must be washed several times. The mucus on the surface of Laminaria must be washed off. Don't add salt too early.
