Glutinous rice and tofu balls
Introduction:
"Tofu has the effects of high protein, low fat, lowering blood pressure, blood fat and cholesterol. It's a good food for both the old and the young, for health preservation and longevity
Production steps:
Step 1: Chop pork into minced meat.
Step 2: cut onion and ginger.
Step 3: put the minced meat, onion and ginger into the container, add salt, soy sauce, meijixian, five spice powder, peanut oil, and stir along one direction.
Step 4: grind tofu with a knife.
Step 5: mix well in the meat.
Step 6: soak the leaves in warm water.
Step 7: lay in the bamboo steamer.
Step 8: soak glutinous rice for more than 4 hours.
Step 9: make tofu into a ball about 4cm in diameter.
Step 10: roll a layer of glutinous rice.
Step 11: stack in the steamer.
Step 12: put it into the steamer, steam it with cold water and high heat for 20 minutes.
Materials required:
Tofu: 250g
Pork: 100g
Glutinous rice: 100g
Scallion: 10g
Ginger: 2G
Wuxiangfen: 3G
Soy sauce: 5ml
Meijixian: 5ml
Salt: 5g
Peanut oil: 15ml
Note: soak glutinous rice for at least 4 hours.
