Production steps:
Step 1: put the strawberries in water, add a little salt, soak for about 10 minutes, clean the strawberries, put them into the basket and drain the excess water

Step 3: heat the pan and add 1 / 3 of the cut strawberries
Step 4: add the right amount of sugar and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir while boiling
Step 5: Boil the strawberries
Step 6: add 1 / 3 of strawberries, add appropriate amount of sugar, and then boil them again. Put the remaining strawberries in. After boiling over high heat, change them to low heat. Pay attention to the stirring time, and don't stick to the pot. When boiling over low heat for about half an hour, the color becomes darker, and the strawberry juice becomes thick, then turn off the heat. Let the strawberry jam cool before you can it.
