Braised Hairtail in Brown Sauce
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash hairtail to get rid of the dirty things in the stomach.
Step 2: cut into small pieces about 2 inches, pour in cooking wine, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3: pour oil into the pan and fry hairtail.
Step 4: fry until golden on both sides
Step 5: set aside after frying
Step 6: just add onion and ginger into the pan, pour in proper amount of soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine.
Step 7: put the fried hairtail into the pot and add a little water.
Step 8: take out the pot after flavoring.

Note: the black part in the belly of hairtail must be removed. Don't stir fry the fish in brown sauce to keep the integrity of the fish.
