Artichoke in spring
Introduction:
"When it comes to the season of nourishing the liver, my child's actions are not good. There are many traditional liver nourishing foods in traditional Chinese medicine, which are not so easy to buy here, so I went to Rome to do as the Romans do, and ate the traditional liver nourishing food of France, artichoke. In China, artichoke, which looks like a lotus lamp in a Buddhist temple, should still be a strange food, but in France, it is the most common favorite vegetable. Its liver function is also recognized, there are many health care products made of artichoke. I've been taking artichoke concentrate now. I can't say how magical its effect is. After all, it's just an extract, not a quick acting drug. As long as I stick to it for a long time, it should be effective. Artichoke has a very fresh taste, with the fragrance of spring wild vegetables. The taste of artichoke is between bitter gourd and tea, but the aftertaste is very sweet. It tastes like the most fresh and tender bamboo shoot tips with skin, and it seems to have the faint fragrance of flowers. The reason why artichoke is called the holy thing of nourishing liver is that its effect is threefold: 1. Artichoke can promote liver blood circulation and liver cell regeneration. It can promote the recovery and improvement of liver function. 2. Artichoke has the effect of promoting bile secretion and excretion (medically known as "cholagogic effect"), which can promote the excretion of toxins in the body. 3. Artichoke has the effect of lowering blood fat and cholesterol, and can promote the excretion of excess lipids in the body

For patients with high cholesterol, diabetes, atherosclerosis, chronic hepatitis and xanthnose, eating artichoke is very beneficial. In addition, artichoke also contains silymarin, flavonoids and asparagine, which are beneficial to human body. The flower buds of artichoke can be used to make aperitif. Canned artichoke and fresh artichoke are common on the market. If you buy canned food, it may taste slightly sour. It will be much better if you wash it with water repeatedly. Artichoke contains polyphenols, such as silymarin, flavonoids, inulin and asparagine. It is a kind of health vegetable with high nutrition. It can protect liver and kidney, enhance liver detoxification function, promote amino acid metabolism, reduce cholesterol, treat dyspepsia, improve gastrointestinal function, prevent arteriosclerosis and protect cardiovascular system. As early as 1940, a Japanese study pointed out that artichoke can not only reduce cholesterol, but also stimulate the liver to produce bile and help urinate. In the United States, artichoke is regarded as a health vegetable that can remove excessive water from the human body and reduce blood fat and cholesterol, and is developed into capsules and other health products, making it a new favorite. I boil artichoke petals into juice and add it to the dish this time. I can also boil it into juice and drink it directly. The taste has the fragrance of green vegetables. The taste is slightly bitter and the aftertaste is sweet.
