Fried fresh mushrooms
Introduction:
"The fresh mushrooms are fried with paste. They are scorched outside and tender inside. They taste like meat. They are very popular with children."
Production steps:
Step 1: box fresh mushrooms bought in the supermarket. Open the bag, wash and tear it into strips.
Step 2: add water to boil with a frying spoon, and blanch the torn mushroom strips with water. (about 2 minutes)
Step 3: put the starch, flour and eggs directly in the bowl.
Step 4: add salt, pepper and other seasonings, add water while stirring into a paste
Step 5: squeeze the boiled mushrooms to dry, put them into the paste and stir evenly. (this process depends on the degree of dryness and thinness. Add water or starch, and make sure to hang the batter evenly.)
Step 6: put enough vegetable oil into the frying spoon and heat it to 70%. Turn to low heat and put the mushrooms in one by one.
Step 7: turn the mushroom inside out and fry it golden.
Step 8: take out and load the plate.

Flour: 30g

Vegetable oil: 250g
Salt: right amount
Pepper: right amount
Barbecue seasoning: right amount
Note: add some hot pepper noodles and cumin in the batter to make spicy flavor, or add sesame and five spice powder to make five flavors. Try different flavors as you like.
