Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: put 160g lard into the preservative film.
Step 3: roll into a regular large sheet with a rolling pin and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
Step 4: mix 40g lard with flour, sugar and salt, and add water in several times.
Step 5: knead into a smooth dough.
Step 6: sprinkle some thin flour on the chopping board.
Step 7: roll the dough into rectangular pieces, the length of which is about 3 times the length of lard pieces, and the height is slightly higher than that of lard pieces.
Step 8: take out the lard slices and put them in the middle of the rolled dough.
Step 9: fold the dough to the middle and wrap the lard.
Step 10: fold to the other side.
Step 11: pinch the upper and lower edges.
Step 12: roll it into a rectangle.
Step 13: fold both sides of the patch toward the middle.
Step 14: fold again, repeat the folding process for 2 times, and roll it into a piece about 0.5cm thick.
Step 15: use the mold to cut out the shape of peach blossom.
Step 16: make a group of two pieces, and cut a round hole in the middle of one piece, so that the middle of the upper piece is empty.
Step 17: put it in the baking tray with oil paper.
Step 18: brush the egg liquid on the bottom piece, and put the perforated dough on the top. Stick the two layers of dough together, and brush the egg liquid on the surface. The hole can be decorated with some black sesame or melon seeds.
