But the same thing as leopard stripes is its sexy, elegant and charming ~~~~~ cake roll -- Qifeng inner roll; sandwich -- Matcha cream cheese, honey bean cake roll material -- egg yolk 85g, egg yolk with sugar 25g, egg white 170 g, 85 g fine granulated sugar for protein, 85 g low flour, 45 g pure milk, 45 g vegetable oil, 1 / 2 tsp Baking powder for yolk paste, 2-3 TSP bamboo charcoal powder, 1-2 TSP hot water, cocoa powder, protein baking powder, salt and lemon juice; 170 g cream cheese, 130 g light cream, 40 g sugar powder and 3 tsp Matcha powder
Production steps:
Step 1: cake slice step --- prepare a clean bowl and put 2-3 teaspoons bamboo charcoal powder into the bowl.
Step 2: mix well with 1-2 tablespoons of hot water.
Step 3: mix low flour, 1 / 2 small spoon baking powder, and then sift twice for standby.
Step 4: beat the yolks with a hand beater.
Step 5: beat the sugar and egg yolk together until the color becomes lighter and thicker.
Step 6: add a small amount of vegetable oil several times.
Step 7: beat each time and add the next time.
Step 8: after adding vegetable oil, the yolk will become thicker and lighter.
Step 9: add milk once.
Step 10: continue to beat evenly.
Step 11: sift the mixed powder into the yolk paste for the third time.
Step 12: mix well in different directions with the egg beater, and the yolk paste is ready.
Step 13: take a small amount of egg yolk paste and put it into the bowl of bamboo charcoal liquid.
Step 14: mix well and set aside.
Step 15: put protein baking powder (about 1ml), salt (about 0.5ml) and several drops of lemon juice into the protein.

Step 29: quickly scrape the batter into the baking pan with a rubber scraper, and then use the scraper to scrape the surface, shake a few times on the table and shake out big bubbles. The upper middle layer of the oven can be 175 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Step 30: after the baked cake is out of the oven, immediately move it to the grill and tear off the oil paper around to dissipate heat.
Step 31: when the cake is not hot, cover it with a piece of oil paper, turn the cake over, tear off the zebra pattern on the oil paper, and the zebra pattern on the cake paper is perfect.
Step 32: cream cheese sandwich step --- soften the cream cheese at room temperature and add powdered sugar.
Step 33: beat together until the cream cheese is fluffy and smooth.
Step 34: then add Matcha powder.
Step 35: beat cream cheese and Matcha powder together with electric beater.
Step 36: add light cream several times in small amount.
Step 37: beat the cream cheese and cream thoroughly each time, and then add the next cream until all the cream is added.
Step 38: the sandwich stuffing is basically solidified, which can leave lines in the basin and will not disappear immediately.
Step 39: use a spatula to wipe the sandwich paste on the colored side of the cake. After all the paste is evenly spread, place a row of honey beans at the beginning of the cake and roll them up. Wrap the rolled cake in oil paper and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for one hour. Then take it out and slice it.

There is also a little bit of bamboo charcoal paste on oil paper as ink drops on rice paper Yin Kai's feeling, so don't mix the bamboo charcoal paste very thin, but the thick will affect the sketching pattern on the oil paper, just like the feeling in my picture, just try it~~~~~~
