Production steps:
Step 1: pour boiling water into flour and quickly mix into flocs.
Step 2: cool slightly; mix well and knead thoroughly to form smooth dough; stir in hair and set aside.
Step 3: prepare fresh beef.
Step 4: chop beef into minced meat, mix with cooking wine and soy sauce.
Step 5: rub white radish and carrot with a plane.
